Professional ADHD Coaches undergo specialized training to work with individuals living with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD or
other neurodevelopmental differences. I also work with individuals who have executive functions challenges or impairments created by traumatic brain injuries, illness or trauma. This is a judgement-free zone. I listen, observe, and ask questions as your guide, navigator or translator. Together, we get to the which, what, how, where and when so you can move forward, becoming who you know yourself to be and want to be! ADHD Coaching does not offer an overnight fix. How much you practice, explore, experiment and engage matters. Are you ready to transform your life? |

ICF Credentialed Coach (PCC)
PAAC Credentialed Coach (PCAC)
ADD Coach Academy Certified Coach (ACCG)
"Do coaching credentials really matter?" You decide.
Credentials let you know that a coach has achieved a level of education, training and experience evaluated by a third-party. They also tell you a coach has voluntarily chosen to embrace a code of ethics with service to the client at its core. You, the client, know there's someone you can contact should there ever be any questions or concerns about your client experience.
As of Spring 2026, there were fewer than 2,500 ADHD coaches of record around the globe who approach coaching with an understanding of ADHD's positive impact and potentially negative consequences.
Of those 2,500, less than 200 held experience/knowledge-based professional level certification through the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Even fewer held both a PAAC professional level credential
and a experience/knowledge-based professional level credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In Minnesota,
there is only 1 ADHD Coach who holds both,
who ascribes to the code of ethics established by both credentialing bodies....
Could that training, expertise, experience and
commitment to maintaining an ethics-driven practice
make a difference for you?
