ADHD Coaching is not an overnight fix. ADHD Coaching is not "one and done." ADHD Coaching is not mental health counseling or therapy.
ADHD Coaches undergo specialized training to work with individuals living with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD. In some cases, ADHD Coaches also work with individuals who have executive functions challenges or impairments created by other neurodevelopmental issues, traumatic brain injuries, or trauma.
Coaches lead and encourage, ask questions and engage clients in self-directed work to manage their personal and/or professional lives. ADHD Coaches are guides, translators, cruise directors, educators. Above all else, ADHD Coaches are listeners who have a unique understanding of how the ADHD brain is wired and its impact on life. Coaches operate in a judgement-free zone, listen, observe, ask questions, and engage you in exploring how you may live your best life. We get to the what, the how, and the when so you can move forward on your journey.
It's that simple - and that difficult - and it's within reach! Let me show you how it works.

ICF Credentialed Coach (PCC)
PAAC Credentialed Coach (PCAC) ADD Coach Academy Certified Coach (ACCG) Do coaching credentials really matter? Ultimately, you decide the answer to that. Credentials let you know that a coach has achieved a level of education, training and experience evaluated by a third-party. As of Spring 2024, there were fewer than 2,000 coaches of record around the globe who approach coaching with an understanding of ADHD's positive impact and potentially negative consequences. Of those 2,000, less than 50 held experience- and knowledge-based professional level certification through the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Even fewer held both the PAAC professional level credential and the experience- and knowledge-based professional level credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
