"Axing the ADHD Tax" April, 2023
Late fees. Missed payments. Forgotten and unused paid subscriptions. Impulse purchases. "Wasted" money spent on incomplete (fill-in-the-blank). Higher insurance rates from fender-benders. Time spent arriving early for fear of being late. Missed opportunities resulting from social anxiety, missed application deadlines, and self-doubt. Time and Energy lost to finding missing things or where we left off with a task. Energy leaks from worry or rumination.
Money. Time. Energy. How can we do more, preserve more, enjoy more? Together, we will identify your personal ADHD taxes and explore options you may experiment with to pay less and live more!
Early bird registration fee $249 (per person) Before 11:59 pm (ET) March 1, 2023
Regular registration fee $299 (per person)
"Confounded by Clutter" May, 2023
Is it cleaning or de-cluttering? How can we tidy up? What does it take to consistently, regularly attend to those uninteresting household chores? If you're tired of the shame, the blame, the dread, the never-ending weight of cleaning or de-cluttering your space, this is the interactive workshop for you.
Together, we will consider what clean really is, what clutter really looks like, how to set boundaries and expectations, and explore options you may choose to bring play to chores and peace to clutter!
Early bird registration fee $249 (per person) Before 11:59 pm (ET) April 1, 2023
Regular registration fee $299 (per person)
"Mid-Year Reset" June, 2023
Remember January? Me, either. What intentions did we set? Oh, never mind. That's "NOT NOW." Let's look ahead to that other "NOT NOW," the rest of 2023 and hit reset. How can we pause in the now to consider the not now we struggle to perceive? Take a bit of a deep dive into time blindness to reconcile for yourself how memories slip away, resolutions and intentions fall to the wayside, and what causes those "future memories" such as picking up milk when you stop by the store after work disappear.
When you know, you know, and there's a lot to know! Use this new awareness to shape the rest of your 2023!
Early bird registration fee $249 (per person) Before 11:59 pm (ET) May 1, 2023
Regular registration fee $299 (per person)
"ADHD in Relationships" August, 2023
Single again? Significant other? In a polycule? Parent? Child? Sibling? Business partner? Supervisor?
Whether you love, live with or work with uniquely-wired ADHD brains, this workshop is for you. Yes, ADHD impacts the development of an individual's brain. It also impacts relationships with those individuals. How the ADHDer experiences being in a personal or professional relationship may be different from the experience of a neurotypical brain. The pesky ways ADHD expresses itself can create ripple effects throughout interpersonal relationships causing the non-ADHDer to question the ADHDers intentions, capabilities, commitment and so much more. How do we know what's warranted and what's not? How do we minimize the negative effects ADHD can have on interpersonal encounters and relationships?
Together, we will explore the most common relationship impacts to understand what causes them for the ADHDer, signs and signals, and what you can do to partner with the ADHDer to manage the effects, encourage new awareness and support sustained improvements while maintaining your own healthy boundaries and taking care of yourself at home and at work.
