Working with a mentor coach does NOT mean you lack what it takes to be a fabulous coach. Rather, you understand resiliency-building offered through this form of self-care. It's the secret sauce to making coaching as a profession and a business sustainable and life-enhancing. Sessions with your mentor coach create space in your day to ask questions, explore varying approaches/models/resources, hone your skills, and connect or reconnect with coaching competencies required by ICF or PAAC as part of their credentialing process. Donna provides small group coaching for individuals working toward their ACC or PCC credentials through ICF. Please check your requirements to confirm that you are eligible to utilize group coaching hours for credentialing purposes. Donna does provide one-on-one mentor coaching as well. If you are an ADDCA coaching student, your group coaching hours are fulfilled during the course, and you will want to talk with Donna about one-on-one mentor coaching. |
