MENTOR COACHING
​IS GETTING AN UPGRADE!

While mentor coaching does not require specialized training at present, that is changing. Effective January 1, 2027, mentor coaching for individuals seeking ICF credentialing or renewal of credentials must be provided by coaches upon whom ICF has conferred the Mentor Coaching Specialization (MCS).

Donna is currently engaged in training to meet the requirements for application for the MCS to work with individuals pursuing ICF's ACC or PCC credentials.

INDIVIDIAL MENTOR COACHING

Donna provides mentor coaching to individuals pursuing ICF's ACC or PCC credentials and/or CPAC and PCAC credentials conferred by the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

Primarily, not exclusively, Donna works with coaches who have received or are receiving specialized training in working with clients across a variety of neurotypes and whose practices include neurodifferent clients, regardless of where you were trained.

SMALL GROUP COACHING

Donna provides small group coaching for individuals working toward their ACC or PCC credentials through ICF. and/or their CPAC or PCAC credentials through PAAC. Please check your coaching education program requirements to confirm that you are eligible to utilize group coaching hours for credentialing purposes.
