Coaching supervision creates an opportunity for coaches to bring coaching work experiences to another coach acting as coaching supervisor, not your boss, in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative exploration. This has untold benefits for you and your clients.
Did you know coaching supervisors have our own set of competencies to guide our work with you? You can be assured that your experience will be grounded in evidence-based practices. COACHING SUPERVISION IS GETTING AN UPGRADE! While coaching supervision does not require specialized training at present, supervisors agree that we need to hone our skills so that we can support even greater professionalism in coaching. EMCC has long supported professionalism in coaching supervision by requiring coaching supervision hours for credentialing and renewals. To support ongoing training in coaching supervision, EMCC confers qualified applicants with the European Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA). ICF has a new initiative underway to encourage training for coaching supervision and will open applications for their Coaching Supervision Specialization (CSS) in September, 2026. Donna is currently engaged in training designed to elevate her skills as a coaching supervisor and to qualify her for the Coaching Supervision Specialization (CSS) conferred by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA) conferred by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). INDIVIDIAL COACHING SUPERVISION Currently, Donna provides coaching supervision to individuals holding ICF's ACC or PCC credentials, CPAC and PCAC credentials conferred by the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Schedule your Exploratory Session to learn more. SMALL GROUP COACHING SUPERVISION Donna provides small group coaching supervision on a regular and recurring basis. There is a minimum group size (3). Check the scheduling calendar for upcoming small group sessions, and please complete an Exploratory Session with Donna before joining a small group session. |
